Grace, Transaction Coordinator

Following my graduation from the University of South Florida, I embarked on my real estate journey as a transaction coordinator within a traditional brokerage. Subsequently, I transitioned to a midsize investment firm specializing in facilitating the acquisition of single-family rentals for institutional clients. Within a year, I was promoted to the role of Transaction Manager, where I led a team of nine transaction coordinators.

In response to a significant company-wide restructuring, I transitioned to the VIP department, where I honed my skills in handling off-market transactions. Throughout my tenure spanning over 5 years in the real estate industry, I've been privileged to contribute to over 3,000 transactions. Leveraging my extensive experience and diverse skill set, I've established myself as a proficient and dependable professional in real estate transaction management.
